How it works

Innovative flow technology for optimal combustion

In our HGGs, the combustion air flows in a spiral pattern through a radial vane grid toward the burner outlet. As a result of this impulse, part of the flow returns radially inward, while the other half continues to flow with the fresh air. This return flow creates vigorous turbulence into which the fuel is introduced. This ensures continuous after-ignition with hot flame gas.

Thanks to a stable layer of cold air, the outer wall remains cool and the system requires no refractory lining. In addition, a cooling air blower provides additional cooling of the combustion chamber from the outside.

Our high-performance pulse burner ensures reliable combustion and high burn-out efficiency right in the combustion chamber. The downstream mixing chamber increases the residence time and perfectly adjusts the hot gas temperature. Here, the mixing air is directed through an annular gap for cooling and is only fed into the hot gas at the end. In combination with the burner, the design of the mixing chamber ensures that all requirements of the TA-Luft are met without additional measures.
