Customized dosing technology for fine and coarse dust
Our fine dust dosing system works with an air blower that brings the material into a fluidized state. As a result, it behaves like a liquid and can be precisely dosed through a specially designed perforated disc. The flow rate can be controlled by a speed-regulated motor, ensuring that dosing is always consistent and highly accurate. This technology enables continuous, pulsation-free feeding that is ideally tailored to your processes.
In our coarse-dust dosing systems, an agitator ensures that the material is evenly loosened before being dosed through a perforated disc. Here, too, the combination of motor control and innovative technology guarantees consistent feeding and precise dosing.
Both systems are particularly easy to maintain: Wear parts can be replaced quickly and easily outside the dosing unit. This results in less downtime and lower operating costs.
