China-based SINOCALCI Corporation has now ordered two more state-of-the-art dosing machines from Carbotechnik. The machines will supply two newly constructed ring shaft kilns with lignite dust. With this latest order, Carbotechnik has supplied a total of seven dosing machines to SINOCALCI.

The two new machines each have a diameter of 2.6 meters. In addition, each machine features 14 independently controllable dosing units. This configuration gives the operator a high degree of flexibility when controlling the fuel supply. At the same time, it enables precise and continuous dosing of lignite dust.

High-Performance dosing machines for ring shaft kilns

Each of the two dosing machines for ring shaft kilns can convey up to 6,000 kg of lignite dust per hour. Therefore, the machines can continuously supply the required amount of fuel to the new kilns.

Each ring shaft kiln has a production capacity of 600 tonnes per day (600 TPD). Consequently, the high conveying capacity of the dosing machines provides a reliable fuel supply for the production process.

Moreover, the 14 independently controllable dosing units allow the operator to adjust the fuel feed accurately. This precise control helps match the fuel supply to the actual operating conditions of each kiln.
