Carbotechnik’s dosing system supports PFR lime kiln project in India
Dosing System for Lime Kiln Project in India | Carbotechnik
Together with Qualical, Carbotechnik realizes a pioneering project for the lime industry in India. Specifically, our company delivers a highly precise dosing system for the end customer White ’n’ White Minerals Pvt Ltd. In addition, the consultancy firm Barad Consultancy Services arranged this successful partnership. Consequently, the modern Syntron lime kiln plant relies fully on a proven dosing system from Carbotechnik for fuel feeding.
High-performance dosing system DN 2400 in detail
For this project, Carbotechnik manufactures a high-performance dosing system of type DN 2400. Specifically, we equip this dosing machine with 7 dosing discs of size DN 40. Furthermore, each disc features 2 individual outlets. As a result, our dosing system precisely dispenses up to 3,250 kg of pulverized coal per hour. Additionally, we integrate a customized pulse filter of type DN 700. This filter guarantees clean and safe fuel dosing.
Precise fuel dosing via our dosing system
Indeed, the continuous operation of modern lime kilns requires an exact supply of solid fuels. Therefore, our dosing system ensures uniform heat distribution throughout the entire kiln. At the same time, this exact control optimizes the specific energy consumption of the entire plant. In particular, the Indian market today demands such robust and energy-efficient technologies. Thus, our dosing system perfectly meets the strict requirements of White ’n’ White Minerals.
Strong cooperation for the indian market
Moreover, this successful cooperation with Qualical underlines our international orientation as an equipment supplier. Together, we offer customized turnkey solutions for demanding lime producers worldwide. In this project, the kiln technology from Qualical and the dosing system from Carbotechnik complement each other perfectly. Ultimately, we look forward to the successful implementation of this important reference project in India.
