Machinery, lime, and cement symposium in Kielce, Poland

On October 5 and 6, 2017, the prestigious 24th lime cement symposium (officially titled “Machinery, Lime, Cement”) successfully took place in the vibrant city of Kielce. Specifically, this major international gathering brought together leading technical experts, plant operators, and equipment manufacturers from all over Europe. Consequently, trade visitors gained valuable, up-to-date insights into highly industry-specific topics through numerous expert presentations.

Key highlights of the exhibition and symposium

To begin with, a massive trade exhibition accompanied the highly anticipated lime cement symposium. Specifically, the event featured approximately 50 elite exhibitors who showcased their latest products and cutting-edge technologies. Indeed, this environment provided an outstanding platform for discussing modern thermal processes, energy efficiency, and emission reduction in heavy industries.

Therefore, Carbotechnik GmbH actively participated with its own dedicated exhibition booth during the event. By doing so, our technical team took the perfect opportunity to establish new business contacts within the Eastern European market. Furthermore, our engineers welcomed many long-term partners to strengthen existing customer relationships. As a result, we discussed several upcoming plant modernization projects directly on-site.

Presenting innovative fueling solutions

In addition to networking, the event allowed Carbotechnik to present its latest innovations in pulverized fuel dosing and burner technology. Since cement and lime plants face growing pressure to reduce operational costs and transition to alternative fuels, our high-precision dosing systems attracted great interest. Consequently, many operators requested detailed consultations regarding our wear-resistant dosing machines and high-efficiency pulse burners.

Ultimately, our successful participation in Kielce highlights our ongoing commitment to supporting the global building materials industry. In conclusion, the positive feedback from this year’s lime cement symposium proves that our customizable engineering solutions remain highly competitive and vital for modern, sustainable plant operations.
