Carbotechnik’s dosing machines operate in China

The SINOCALCI Corporation of China recently reached a new milestone by ordering two additional dosing machines for their latest ring-chamber kiln projects. With this significant order, Carbotechnik has now delivered a total of seven such high-performance systems to SINOCALCI. Consequently, this ongoing partnership highlights the reliability and efficiency of the German-engineered technology in the international lime market.

Technical specifications of the new dosing machines

Regarding the technical design, these specialized dosing machines feature a diameter of 2.6 meters. Furthermore, each machine includes 14 independently controllable dosing units, which allow for maximum precision during operation. In total, each system conveys 6,000 kg/h of lignite powder per unit. Because of these capacities, the systems are ideally suited for the high demands of modern industrial production.

Currently, the two new ring-chamber kilns, each boasting a capacity of 600 TPD, are being prepared for installation in western China. Specifically, the site of this new facility is located in the remote Xinjiang Province. Moreover, the ultimate end customer for this impressive infrastructure project is the Xinjiang Guotai Xinhua Mining Co., Ltd.
