Getec AG, Magdeburg HH Schönfelder Papier
At Schönfelder Papierfabrik GmbH, a steam boiler plant with a rated output of 11.3 MW was installed (at 23.5 bar(Ü)). The flame-tube boiler is used for hot steam generation at 400 °C, which is partly used by a turbine for electricity production.
The scope of supply and services of Carbotechnik included mainly:
- overall engineering for the boiler, eco, superheater, burner and fuel supply as well as control and regulation concept.
- Carbotechnik- muffle burner for pulverised incl. combustion air and blow air supply with blowers, measuring and control fittings
- pulverised lignite dosing (dosing machine DN1300 with top filter) and conveyance
- electrical, measurement and control engineering
